1. Download the Choosing Your Class Info Form and Membership Appplication form for the 2011/2012
NOTE: If you were a member the previous year, a form will be mailed to you during the summer months.

2. Complete the Membership Application form making sure you indicate the dance class of your choice.
3. Mail your completed Membership Application form to:

4. Pick up your membership card and receipt for membership fees at your first dance class.
